Quality

We're constantly working on it, in the spirit of a Total Quality Management program,

• to structure internal operations more transparently, flexibly and efficiently and
• to focus all our energy on the needs and expectations of our customer as well as any agreements reached with them.

All units in our company have received certification and employ a quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001, DIN EN 14001 and in accordance with the Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS) Regulation.

This management system forms the foundation of trust our customers have in our ability to perform, and ensures that the unspoken expectations of our customers are fulfilled, too.

Enclosed you find the current certificates according to DIN EN ISO 9001, DIN EN ISO 14001 and in accordance with the Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS) Regulation.

Environment

We put a premium on environmental protection and the preventive measures it requires. The principles of the global Responsible Care campaign, together with the model of Sustainable Development, are permanent components of our corporate credo, as evidenced in every aspect of our corporate culture.

We attach importance to sustainable development. This means that we assume responsibility today for the environment of tomorrow. In pursuing this goal, we attach equal importance to ecology, economics, and social responsibility.

Our environmental policy of responsibility includes:

• Ongoing improvement of our company's environmental protection activities.
• Cooperating with national and international professional associations for real improvements in environmental and consumer protection.
• Use of an environmental management system in accordance with the Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS) Regulation.
